- 2 ½ oz cucumber, cut into pieces
Matcha Tahini
- 1 tsp cilantro, leaves only, plus extra to garnish
- 2 ½ oz tahini
- 3 ½ oz water
- ½ tsp matcha powder
- 2 - 3 pinches salt
