Ingredients
- 3 - 4 garlic cloves
- 3 cm piece fresh turmeric, peeled

- 1 brown onion, cut into quarters

- 1000 g chicken thigh fillets, cut into cubes (5-6 cm)
- 1 tbsp lime juice, plus extra wedges to serve (optional - see Tips)
- 100 g fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1 - 2 tsp sea salt (optional - see Tips)
- 150 g pouring (whipping) cream
- 2 - 3 sprigs fresh coriander, leaves only, chopped
- natural yoghurt, to serve
